Your name, email and phone when you sign up to volunteer, buy tickets, sponsor, or tell us your family’s plans — and nothing else.
Why
To send your shifts, your tickets and your receipts, and to reach you on the festival weekend if we need to.
What we never do
We never sell or share your details, and we never store card numbers — payments go straight to the card processor. This site carries no tracking and no third-party analytics.
Your choice
You can stop our newsletter with one tap in any issue, or on the email preferences page. Shift reminders still come for shifts you signed up for.
